River Valley Physicians is seeking Advanced Practice Providers to work in surgical clinic, wound care and hospital. Position is full-time. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages, with utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding. Perform tasks within their scope of practice which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians and enhancing public awareness on the importance of health, and prescribing medications.
Requirements
- MSN with specialization as an ARNP
- Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- BLS upon hire and maintain current
- One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
- Previous experience with electronic health record.
Responsibilities
- Hybrid position for Surgical, Wound Care and Outpatient Sugery Clinic
- Wound Care Certification Required
- Work in Outpatient Surgery Clinic, Wound Care Center and hospital
- Monday-Friday hours 8am-5pm
- Potentially cover/float at nearby locations
