About The Position
You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this position. Consults with patients about their current conditions, order diagnostics, analyze results, diagnose conditions and prescribe treatment strategies, including prescription medications. May also actively participate in research in the field, and advocate for policies that support the needs of elderly patients. Agewell is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Jacksonville, FL. The selected Advanced Practitioner Provider would provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.
Requirements
- Master's Degree - Nursing, required
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed ARNP
- 2+ years ARNP experience
- 1-2 years Family Practice Experience
