We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role will focus on providing comprehensive care to clients, including medication management and ongoing treatment support. Candidates with psychiatric experience are strongly preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in [State]
• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
• Experience in behavioral health or outpatient settings
• Experience working with diverse or underserved populations

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
• Provide medication management and monitor client response to treatment
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
• Educate clients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational policies
