Requirements
- Board Certified
- A Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana.
- DOT Medical Certification preferred or be willing to obtain
- Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients
- Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly
- Deliver high quality Adult and Adolescent care in collaboration with the in-office physician
