About The Position

Join a mission-driven team improving the health and quality of life for older adults. LECOM Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across our Institute for Successful Living and affiliated facilities. Working collaboratively with physicians, you'll play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients with both acute and chronic conditions in diverse care settings.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to senior adult patients, including assessments, preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment.
Conduct physicals, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans.
Prescribe medications, monitor treatments, and maintain accurate records.
Deliver palliative and supportive care to enhance patients comfort and quality of life.
Educate and counsel patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional standards of safety, quality, and patient rights.
Work several days per week in the clinic and round in a nursing home on other day(s).
