About The Position

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice) for a Full-Time opportunity located in Deltona, Florida area. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join a busy family practice clinic. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Entry-level candidates and new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care services, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform physical exams, health screenings, and preventive care visits
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and lab results
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Adhere to all clinical guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
