About the Job: We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume. Work Schedule and Location: Weekly hours: 34 hours per week 1 Day: On-site at 2416 US-412, Suite 239, West Siloam Springs, OK 74338 3 Days: On-site at 19240 Country Club Drive, Catoosa, OK 74015

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted NP license in the practicing state.
• Board certification as an NP.
• DEA registration.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
• Experience treating patients ages 2+.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
• Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
• Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
• Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
