About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner provides direct client care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment of health problems, health promotion and preventive care within this specialized area of practice.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- A minimum of two (2) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting, preferred.
- Indiana State Registered Nurse
- CSR and APN Practitioner Licensure through the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau.
Nice To Haves
