About The Position
Meridian Health Partners is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to join their Weekend Provider Program, delivering compassionate care in post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Requirements
- Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification
- 3+ years of experience in acute care, clinics, or senior care settings
