About The Position

Simbioza Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical care to patients across Florida and Massachusetts as they move through their healthcare journey. This is a part-time, telecommute / work-from-home position supporting patients remotely via secure telehealth platforms. This role is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable practicing independently, understands multi-state healthcare regulations, and enjoys delivering patient-centered care for diverse populations, including Medicare and Medicaid members. You will work directly with patients, physicians, and care teams to assess health needs, manage treatment plans, and ensure patients receive timely, high-quality clinical support.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
  • Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
  • Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP)
  • National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
  • Experience providing care to Medicare and Medicaid patient populations
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation and billing-related requirements
  • Experience using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must currently reside in Florida or Massachusetts and be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-state or compact nursing license
  • DEA registration or eligibility
  • Two or more years of experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related setting
  • Prior experience delivering care via telehealth

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual patient evaluations and clinical assessments via telehealth
  • Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Florida and Massachusetts regulations
  • Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and other clinical data
  • Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress over time
  • Provide preventive care, patient education, and health counseling
  • Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and other clinical team members
  • Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Support care delivery for Medicare and Medicaid patients, including documentation aligned with billing requirements
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy at all times
