About The Position

Our client, a leader in comprehensive pain management and orthopedic care across New Jersey, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Requirements

Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey.
Strong background in acute care, with a particular emphasis on pain management.
Experience performing clinical procedures and managing high-acuity patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with electronic medical records platforms such as Epic or Athenahealth.
Ability to thrive in a team-based care model.

Nice To Haves

Prior involvement in clinical research is a plus.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients through detailed examinations and medical history reviews to guide clinical decision-making.
Deliver targeted pain relief interventions, including injections and other advanced treatment methods.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for well-rounded treatment planning.
Perform clinical procedures such as suturing and other in-office interventions
Maintain precise and up-to-date records using electronic health systems.
Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes to support long-term wellness.
Track treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed.
Support research and clinical innovation efforts to enhance care standards in pain management.
