NURSE PRACTITIONER
About The Position
Ascensa Health is a non-profit Substance Abuse treatment center located in Atlanta, Georgia. The agency is committed to providing an integrated system of care that sustains long term recovery from the disease of addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders and returns the at-risk individual to their families and communities. Offering a full continuum of care to those most in need, the agency serves over 1500 individuals and families each year. The agency is currently seeking a Part time Nurse Practitioner for Medication Assisted Treatment and Health Services programs. (10-15 hours per week) Requires a current Georgia Nurse Practitioner's license and prescriptive privileges with Buprenorphine waiver. Medication Assisted Treatment experience preferred. Supervising physician is not provided. EOE/ Drug Free Workplace
