About The Position
Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We are currently seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at New Castle Correctional Facility located in New Castle, Indiana. The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Indiana APRN license
- Active, unrestricted DEA
- Ability to pass credentialing and background
- 2+ years of NP experience
