This specific role is a float position within the Las Vegas, NV market, supporting IPA (Independent Practice Association) needs. The IPA Nurse Practitioner will be clinical, reporting to the Associate Medical Director and collaborating with the Area Director of Operations and Provider Engagement Professional Team. The primary focus will be to train, support, and perform annual wellness visits in assigned IPA outpatient clinics, emphasizing Medicare documentation guidelines and HEDIS/Quality measures. The role also involves developing and enhancing clinic workflows to align with Value-based Care delivery models, ultimately aiming to improve patient outcomes. CenterWell Senior Primary Care provides proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, and minor injury treatment.
