Join us in creating innovative solutions that redefine what it means to live well. Role Overview Eternal is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support our primary care focused health program. This role is onsite in San Fransisco, CA and offers the opportunity to work directly with motivated, health-conscious individuals while helping to transform data into actionable strategies that optimize recovery, fueling, and long-term health. You will collaborate closely with the clinical team, leveraging your expertise to deliver precise, personalized care that supports athletic performance and longevity. Work in urgent care setting managing acute and subacute conditions (i.e. Upper Respiratory Infections, minor injuries, rashes)
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of post-residency experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Sports Medicine, or related fields.
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California, with current DEA registration for prescribing privileges. Ideally, a 103 or 104NP for independent practice
- Proficient in ordering, interpreting, and integrating diagnostic and lab tests (blood panels, metabolic testing, hormone levels, micronutrient status) into treatment planning.
- Skilled in evidence-based medical management, including prescribing medications and therapies to support recovery, performance, and long-term health.
- Deep understanding of athlete and active population physiology.
- Comfortable co-managing care with dietitians and wellness professionals.
- Able to distill complex lab findings into actionable, easy-to-understand recommendations.
- Passion for fitness, performance, and healthy living.

Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnosis, and treat Eternal members
- Provide evidence-based insights that complement nutrition and performance strategies.
- Partner with the care team to co-manage member cases and ensure integrated care.
- Contribute to the development of protocols, workflows, and member care pathways.
- Remain current on sports medicine, biomarker research, and preventive health practices to deliver innovative, high-quality care.
