The Ragon Institute of MGB, MIT, and Harvard is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to serve as Clinical Operations Manager overseeing multiple immunology and infectious disease research protocols. This candidate will supervise daily activities of a team of clinical research coordinators to meet Institute enrollment targets while ensuring regulatory and safety standards. Specimens collected on these protocols include blood, swabs, stool, tissue, and other specimens. The Clinic Operations Manager will work closely with Regulatory Manager on submitting amendments, reporting adverse and other events, and continuing reviews. This candidate will work with investigators within the Institute to draft, budget for, and operationalize new protocols. This candidate will also serve as Financial Delegate on several funding sources. The Clinical Operations Manager additionally serves as Co-investigator on several protocols. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a licensed provider. The NP is responsible for the assessment and management of various populations of patients, medical and/or surgical, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, development of appropriate plans of care and ongoing evaluation. May also perform additional duties, such as precepting a small group of learners.
