About The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in internal medicine and managed care to support several primary care clinics in the Clermont area. This is a travel NP position ideal for someone who likes variety while still having a stable full-time role. What You’ll Do Provide high-quality primary care coverage for clinics experiencing PTO gaps, census spikes, or staffing shortages Deliver comprehensive internal medicine care to an adult population Utilize your managed care expertise to support HEDIS measures, accurate MRA coding, and quality outcomes Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure continuity of care across patient panels Adapt quickly to new clinic environments while maintaining consistent, patient-centered care What Makes This Role Different Consistent full-time role with the variety of a travel assignment Mileage reimbursed for all clinic travel Opportunity to support multiple clinics without the instability of temp or per diem work Work with a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes Compensation & Benefits $120,000 – $140,000 base salary, depending on experience Full benefits package Mileage reimbursement for all travel between assigned clinics Ready to Learn More? Requirements
- Florida Nurse Practitioner Medical License
- Experience in Internal Medicine and/or Managed Care
