About The Position

Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to consider an available full-time position with Liberty Healthcare at DHCI - a skilled nursing facility located in Smyrna, Delaware. In this role, you will focus on providing primary care to a case load of approximately forty older adults and people who are living with various physical and cognitive disabilities.
