About The Position

Hospitality Spotlight is partnering with a client supporting a federal program to hire an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide rural primary care, chronic disease management, and administrative clinical support across multiple locations in Arizona. This role follows a two‑weeks‑on / two‑weeks‑off schedule and requires travel to designated clinical sites. The Work Provide primary medical evaluations, including patient assessments and medical record review Develop evidence‑based treatment and care plans for diverse rural populations Deliver chronic disease management services and protocol‑based care Order, interpret, and review diagnostic studies (labs, ECG, pulmonary function tests) Administer medications and vaccines Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams across multiple rural clinics Provide services via face‑to‑face and telehealth formats as needed Complete accurate, timely medical documentation in EMR systems Participate in required onboarding, orientation, and site‑specific credentialing Travel to clinical locations in Arizona Schedule: Two weeks on duty (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm), followed by two weeks off. Housing and rental car available during on‑duty periods when travel home is not feasible.

Requirements

  • Earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • Hold an active, clean, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
  • Possess DEA prescribing authority in the state of practice
  • Graduated from an ACEN‑ or CCNE‑accredited program
  • Bring 7+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • U.S. Citizen (required for federal contract work)
  • Hold (or can obtain within 30 days) current BLS/CPR certification
  • Able to pass a NACLC background check (SF‑86) and complete VetPro credentialing
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean background
  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, documentation accuracy, and independent decision‑making
  • Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Arizona NP license
  • experience with PTSD/MST
  • 5+ years of clinical practice
