According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Director of Operations- Advanced Practice, the Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing nursing care services to residents/clients as assigned, making observations on an advanced level, forming nursing judgments, carrying out nursing actions based upon understanding of the scientific principles involved, reporting and recording observations appropriately. While employees are in the waiting period for credentialing, their supervisor will assign onboarding and training programs. Working hours are only as assigned and consistent with part-time or contingent employment. Once credentialed, the essential functions will become effective and are outlined below.
