Your role will include: Providing direct, trauma-informed care to patients with substance use disorders Performing assessments, managing treatment plans, and prescribing medication (Buprenorphine, Naltrexone) Leading HIV/HEP C screenings and medical referrals for high-risk populations Working with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team including mental health clinicians, peers, and care managers Delivering education and advocacy for health, wellness, and prevention Supporting patients every step of their recovery journey 🌱 Why Join Us? Requirements

  • NYS Licensed NP + NYSED certification
  • DATA 2000 waiver (X-waiver)
  • NYS Prescriptive Authority
  • Experience or interest in addiction medicine and behavioral health
  • Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and genuine empathy
