About The Position

Utah Fertility Center’s Ogden location is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team! This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of fertility and join an extraordinary and committed staff. This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive health assessments and medical histories for individuals and couples seeking fertility evaluation and treatment. Perform physical examinations, including ultrasound scans for female patients. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to evaluate fertility status, including hormone tests, semen analysis, ultrasound scans, hysterosalpingograms (HSG), and other imaging studies. Review test results with patients, explain findings, and discuss implications for fertility treatment options. Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists to coordinate fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF). Educate patients about fertility treatment options, including risks, benefits, and success rates. Prescribe and manage fertility medications. Monitor patients' response to medication therapy through cycle monitoring, hormone level assessments, and ultrasound examinations, adjusting treatment protocols as needed to optimize outcomes. Provide education on reproductive anatomy, menstrual cycle physiology, fertility optimization strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance fertility potential. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have a valid UT Nurse Practitioner License
