About The Position

Assists the Primary Care Physicians in providing medical services to patients in specialized areas such as Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Obstetrics/Gynecology. Essential Functions of the Job: Examines patients and diagnose illness. Assists or performs routine laboratory, screening, and therapeutic procedures. Facilitates the physician's referral of patients to the appropriate health facilities, agencies or resources of the community. Administers medication to patients according to established policies. Coordinates the preparation of reports and written documentation including medical records, as required by the department, company, state and federal agencies. Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner
• RN license and CPR Certification
• Good oral and written communication.
• Suturing
• Casting
• Pre-employment requirements include I-9, physical, positive background and reference check results, complete application, new hire orientation, pre-employment PPDs.
• Compliance with all mandated vaccinations and all boosters is a term and condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of primary care experience after completion of clinical training
