Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- Nurse Practitioner to Supervise stress testing in the CVDC (Cardiovascular Diagnostic Clinic) locations.
- Travel between locations required
Responsibilities
- Performs history and physical examinations and conducts appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care.
- Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care.
