About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality medical services. Duties Provide high-quality urgent care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute illnesses and injuries. Offer patient education on wellness, preventive care, and chronic condition management. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, managing patient care effectively. Perform procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, pap smears, etc. Administer medications and injections while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans. Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe medications Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Educate patients on health management and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Requirements
- Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in an Urgent Care and Family Medicine setting.
- Spanish (Required)
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) (Required)
