Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic and self-motivated Case Manager to join its expanding team. The Nurse Practitioner plays a vital role in delivering holistic, compassionate care, including medical, substance use disorder, and psychiatric treatment, to individuals on their recovery journey. This non-benefited contract position offers significant autonomy, and flexibility, focusing on coverage within residential programs and potentially supporting some outpatient services. Rooted in a client-centered approach, this role emphasizes the empowerment of individuals and families, ensuring their access to comprehensive, mission-driven care that fosters sustainable recovery and meaningful transformation. This position is primarily at Theodora House (Indianapolis, IN) but will occasionally assist at the Columbus, IN location.
