As a Nurse Practitioner at PGS, you will deliver compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long -term care settings. Requirements

  • State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD, DC, VA, PA, or NJ required)
  • Active DEA license
  • Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours
  • Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
  • Values -driven and eager to grow with a team committed to doing the right thing, always

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on -site psychiatric assessments and medication management
  • Coordinate care and consult with facility teams (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Services)
  • Adhere to state and federal clinical guidelines and PGS protocols
  • Educate staff and support holistic, patient -centered care
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation
