About The Position

Responsible for working alongside physicians and facilitating advanced primary and specialty nursing services. Provides general and preventative care adults, perform assessments, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication. Principal Accountabilities : Performs assessments 2. Performs screening on the patients. 3. Provides after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families. 4. Ensures patient records are maintained including test results, immunizations, condition changes. 5. Delivers quality, physician-level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics. 6. Recommends further treatment options or future appointments if required. 7. Performs diagnoses health problems and provides medications. 8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or related area.
• Current state Nurse Practitioner license.

Nice To Haves

• 5 or more years experience in Nursing or relevant area.
