About The Position
Daiya Healthcare is a leader in the post-acute care industry, currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to manage patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This position offers extensive provider support, a focus on work-life balance, and a flexible schedule with no on-call responsibilities. The role has hybrid job potential, allowing for a mix of in-person and remote work. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for making daily rounds, providing care to patients, and fostering relationships with all members of the patient's healthcare team. The company provides an individualized training program for all new hires, along with ongoing support after training to ensure success in the role. In this position, you will work in partnership with Daiya staff and facility leadership to provide compassionate care for patients in our facilities. You will collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and attend facility meetings as necessary. Completing all documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is also a key responsibility of this role. This position is based in Coeur d'Alene, ID, and is a full-time opportunity with a pay rate of $550.00 per day.
