About The Position

ChristianaCare is seeking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner with a passion for Women's Health at our practice in Lewes, DE. The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) will provide care to women seeking gynecologic services including routine preventive care, contraception, evaluation and management of common gynecologic conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, abnormal pap smears, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, fibroids, breast mass etc. Why ChristianaCare? Requirements

• Completion of a master's degree program and board certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
• License or license eligible in the State of Delaware.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience preferred.
• Prescriptive Authority, DEA registration, BLS required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in in-office GYN procedures including IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal.
• Experience in I&D of abscess, Endometrial biopsy, Vulvar biopsy, and Wound care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to women seeking gynecologic services including routine preventive care and contraception.
• Evaluate and manage common gynecologic conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, abnormal pap smears, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, fibroids, and breast masses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Utilize best practices and technology available in gynecologic care.
