Position Summary The organization is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join its full-time women’s health team in Bronx, NY . This is a full-time, outpatient-focused role within a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical environment. The Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive women’s healthcare services across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, reproductive health, gynecologic services, and patient education. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP) with a women’s health focus
  • Active or eligible New York State Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) license; national certification required
  • Prior women’s health or OB/GYN experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive women’s health services, including preventive care, gynecologic exams, contraception management, and reproductive health counseling
  • Perform well-woman exams, Pap smears, breast exams, and routine screenings
  • Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions and women’s health concerns
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
  • Educate and counsel patients on family planning, prenatal and postnatal care, menopause management, and lifestyle modification
  • Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, primary care providers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Participate in care coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and population health efforts
