Requirements

  • NP degree with unrestricted licensure (ability to obtain additional state licenses within 30 days).
  • Easy access to a major airport for frequent regional travel.
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and motivated to make a difference in senior healthcare.
  • This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities using a personal vehicle. A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required. Periodic motor vehicle (MVR) checks may be conducted as a condition of, and/or for, continued employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care for seniors in partner facilities, including skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care.
  • Travel regionally (4 days per week) to bring consistent, high-quality care where it’s needed most.
  • Conduct assessments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with facility leaders, nursing staff, and Curana’s multidisciplinary care team to improve outcomes and address resident needs.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Curana Health, fostering strong relationships and supporting smooth transitions to permanent providers.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and billing in alignment with policy and compliance standards
