About The Position
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner passionate about healthcare who is committed to working in a collaborative, team-based environment to join Clackamas County's Health clinic teams at our Sandy Health Clinic! Clackamas Health Centers (CHC) provides fully integrated care to its patients in a dynamic, team-based environment. Our team of primary care providers are supported by a strong team of RNs, pharmacists (dispensing and clinical), behavioral health providers (including a strong primary care based MAT team), and dentists. We are looking for a family nurse practitioner passionate about caring for the underserved at our Sandy clinic. This position is a growth role- in other words, you get to build your own panel! This position will care for all ages, with more of a focus on adults. A strong interest in providing care for opioid use disorder is a plus.
