Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Rheumatology practice at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center – Maple Grove. We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.

  • Deliver high quality rheumatology care to adult patients.
  • Manage patient encounters averaging 8-12 patients per day.
  • Collaborate with one rheumatologist physician and additional specialists on site for real-time consultations.
  • Utilize fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
  • Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
  • BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
  • Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
  • Demonstrated experience in rheumatology is essential.
