About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner Residency in Geriatric Neuropsychiatry Program at Northern Light Acadia Hospital is a one-year program designed for board-certified Nurse Practitioners to gain specialized skills in assessing and treating neurocognitive disorders in older adults. This residency is part of the federally funded Rural Dementia Training Project and offers a full-time salary and benefits comparable to other Nurse Practitioners at the hospital.
