About The Position
Rogers Behavioral Health is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit provider of specialized mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Established for over 115 years, Rogers offers evidence-based treatment for individuals with mental disorders including OCD and anxiety, addiction, depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and PTSD in a growing network of communities across the U.S. Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time advance practice provider to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. Rogers PHP and IOP programs serve as intermediate levels of care for patients who need more intensive treatment than can be provided in a traditional outpatient setting. Our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, internists, psychologists, nurses, therapists, dietitians and mental health technicians are committed to providing compassionate, effective care for those diagnosed with mental disorders. Patients attend programming Monday-Friday, returning home in the evenings. PHP and IOP may be a step-down from a more acute care setting such as residential or inpatient, programs may also be preventive to an acute level of care admission. PHP and IOP programs are group-based therapy with medication management services.
