About The Position

Meritus Health, located in Hagerstown, MD, is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding Meritus Medical Group Primary Care team at Professional Blvd. The role involves managing a balanced primary care panel with acute and chronic disease management within a collaborative team-based environment, with opportunities for flexible scheduling. Meritus Health is Western MD’s largest health care provider, a 327-bed hospital in Washington County, servicing West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, with many outpatient facilities. It is a Level 3 Trauma facility and a Nonprofit Organization, starting Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine (MSOM) in July 2025. Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Eligible for Maryland state licensure
• Current DEA Registration and CDS permit
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if applicable) per policy

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of NP experience preferred
