About The Position

MedFirst is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Jourdanton clinic, located just south of San Antonio. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and community-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality care across the lifespan. Requirements

Education: Required: Master's Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner
Certifications: Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
RNP License.
