Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate
About The Position
AgeRight Clinical Services (ACS) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join their team, which is dedicated to transforming health care delivery and improving health outcomes for seniors in Post-Acute, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care environments. ACS is a unique clinical group created by long-term care providers. As a clinician, you will collaborate with a team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Associates from various specialties, facility nursing staff, therapists, dieticians, and social workers to provide compassionate, holistic care. This role offers an opportunity for experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates who enjoy autonomy and wish to utilize their clinical skills in a facility-based setting, building relationships with patients and making a significant difference in their lives. New graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or ability to obtain
- Experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate
