The Nurse Practitioner (NP) works onsite at our Outpatient Care Clinic located at 2650 Beach Blvd, Suite 40, Biloxi, MS 39531. You will work within a collaborative, team‑based care model focused on value‑based, high‑quality care for seniors. Our multidisciplinary team—including physicians, APPs, PharmD, care coaches, MAs, behavioral health specialists, and more—provides coordinated support backed by strong analytics and community partnerships. This model allows our NPs to see fewer patients, spend more time with each one, and deliver a concierge‑level care experience. Use your skills to make an impact What We're Looking For

Requirements

Master's in Nursing or completion of a certified PA program.
Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with value‑based, team‑based care models.
Basic computer skills (EMR, email).

Nice To Haves

Background in value‑based care, primary care, or Medicare Advantage.
Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers (or ability to obtain).
Familiarity with HEDIS indicators and Medicare guidelines.
