Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing [APRN or FNP] or Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain)
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
- Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)
- Seeking Full-Time commitment of 34 direct patient care hours per week (4 days/ wk )
