About The Position

Gervino Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support a unique, medically driven behavioral health model. The role involves providing ethical, patient-centered care for individuals involved in legal cases, conducting assessments, follow-ups, and medication management (non-controlled). Documentation must be clear and defensible for potential legal settings. The position emphasizes quality care over patient volume and offers a flexible, scalable workload. It's a unique niche combining healthcare and legal support, with structured onboarding and credentialing support.

Requirements

Licensed NP or PA in one or more of the following states: New York (urgent need), Georgia, Texas (Spanish required), Massachusetts, Tennessee
Comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Must adhere to all state-specific regulations
No ADHD stimulants or controlled substances prescribed

Background or interest in behavioral health preferred

Responsibilities

Provide ethical, patient-centered care for individuals involved in legal cases
Conduct assessments, follow-ups, and medication management (non-controlled)
Maintain clear, defensible documentation tied to patient condition and incident impact
Utilize Jane EHR for charting and scheduling
Deliver virtual care with flexibility and autonomy
Be open to testifying based on clinical documentation if needed
