As a Primary Care Provider, you’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients — emphasizing prevention, health education, and continuity of care. You’ll collaborate with a supportive care team focused on quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and work–life balance.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas (or eligible)
- Board certified/board eligible
- Excellent communication and clinical judgment
- Passion for patient-centered, value-based care
Nice To Haves
- Primary Care or Internal Medicine experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions.
- Promote wellness through screenings, education, and preventive care.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators.
- Utilize modern electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to streamline care.
