Job Summary: As a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, youll use your clinical expertise to assess, manage, and coordinate the healthcare of chronically ill geriatric participants. Youll work closely with physicians, medical leadership, and clinical operations to ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality care while supporting an interdisciplinary team.
