In this role, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will work within a specialized multidisciplinary clinical program bridging rheumatology and ophthalmology, caring for patients with complex ocular inflammatory diseases. The provider will collaborate closely with both teams and patient/families, supporting treatment planning, management of immunomodulatory therapies, and coordination of care. This role requires initiative, strong care coordination, comfort with evolving care plans, and an interest in developing expertise in a niche area of autoimmune and inflammatory disease.
