About The Position
IntraCare offers primary care without the chaos. Our clinics are structured, efficient, and designed so clinicians can focus on patients — not broken workflows or after-hours charting. You’ll see 23–24 patients per day in a well-run clinic with a dedicated Medical Assistant, templated visits, care gaps flagged in advance, and protected admin time to close charts on time. Value-based care (HEDIS, HCC/RAF) is central to how we practice.
Requirements
- Arizona-licensed NP or PA with an active DEA
- Primary care background (Family or Internal Medicine)
- Value-based care experience
- Must be comfortable with volume
- Urgent care–only backgrounds are not a fit
Benefits
- Base salary up to $160,000 + performance bonus up to $20,000 annually.
