Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Outpatient Cardiology (Marlborough)
About The Position
UMass Memorial Health, the premier health and wellness partner for the people of Central Massachusetts and the largest healthcare system in the region, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Division of Cardiology at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Marlborough, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing cardiology team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on outpatient care. Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals at Marlborough Hospital, serving a diverse patient population in a 100% outpatient setting. As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will provide clinical care in general cardiology, working closely with 3 Cardiologists and 1 APP. This position is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally, offering a balance of patient care and collaboration with specialists across a variety of settings. You will have the chance to develop expertise in cardiovascular care in a supportive environment designed to foster your clinical and professional development. Key Highlights: Clinical Practice: 100% outpatient setting with 5 clinical days per week (no weekends or holidays). Patient Care: Provide care for a wide range of cardiology conditions, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborative Environment: Work alongside 3 Cardiologists and 1 APP, fostering a close team dynamic with multidisciplinary collaboration across specialties. Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts. EMR System: Epic. Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- NP or PA certification.
- Massachusetts NP or PA license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

- 3-5 years of provider experience in cardiology
