Follows established nursing standards, procedures, and practices. Requirements

Master's Degree - Nursing; Nurse Practitioner Degree Emphasis or Program Certificate equivalent
SC Nurse Practitioner Prescriptive Authority
South Carolina Nursing License
South Carolina Official Recognition Nurse Practitioner
South Carolina Controlled Substance license
Federal DEA license

Responsibilities

Obtains medical histories or performs physical examinations.
