In addition, the group provides outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion services. There is a strong commitment to ensuring patients receive coordinated and comprehensive experience at all locations, guaranteeing that each patient has access to the appropriate level of care throughout the system’s delivery sites. We are seeking a full-time (40-hour) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine team in Weymouth. The weekly schedule includes 34 hours of patient-facing clinical time and 6 hours of administrative time. Our practice is located at 541 Main Street in Weymouth, MA and we are open to patients Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options. The designated off day/remote administrative day for this role is Monday. Our team provides comprehensive care for adult patients, including physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventive services. We focus on identifying and managing health risk factors early, while diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic conditions to support overall health and well-being. This is a growing practice, with plans to expand into Family Medicine in 2027. The NP/PA in this role will build and manage a patient panel of approximately 1,000 patients. Job Summary The Physician Assistant (PA) is a licensed provider. The PA is responsible for the assessment and management of various populations of patients, medical and/or surgical, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, development of appropriate plans of care and ongoing evaluation.
