As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: Independently care for the hospitalized patients at University Hospital and/or East Madison Hospital. Work with patients with acute and chronic disease. Perform assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, prevention, care coordination including multidisciplinary care rounds, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Perform consultative services.
